Tetris live action movie reportedly coming to Apple TV

Tetris live action movie, Tetris is said to be coming to Apple TV Plus that tells the story of how the world’s most popular puzzle game came to life. According to Deadline, Rocketman and Kingsman actor Taron Egerton is the only star currently attached, playing Henk Rogers, the videogame designer who first obtained the rights to distribute the game to consoles. Although other cast members have not yet been confirmed, game maker Alexei Pagetinov and businessmen Robert and Kevin Maxwell who participated in a long legal battle for the game’s international rights in the 1980s are also said to be characters in the script.

In the director’s chair sits Stan and Ole filmmaker John S Bird while writing tasks were in the hands of Noah Pink. The production will be funded by Marv Films, the production house of the Kingsmen series that also collaborates with AI Film, and filming is said to begin next month in Scotland.

The project does not appear to be related to any of the previous attempts to bring Tetris into the world of movies, Tetris live action movie, as an $ 80 million movie was reported that was supposed to be the start of a trilogy that was set all the way back in 2016 before what appeared to be disappearing from the face of the earth.

In the gaming world, Tetris Effect: Connected was recently released on Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One just in time for the release of the next-gen console.
