About The Game:
Library Of Ruina, At first, I was extremely skeptical of the gameplay changes from it’s predecessor Lobotomy Corporation, but after my initial rocky start with Yun’s Fixers ( and patched bugs like the iron brotherhood freeze ) the change slowly grew on me.
It needs a lot of polish, since before the nerfs it was extremely jarring coming out of tutorial barely understanding combat and getting hit by enemies rolling extremely high consistently even after grinding. Since it’s early access though, I can’t hold that too strongly since as I speak things are being addressed, fixed, and changed.
Truthfully, as nice as it is seeing the Sephirah, it’s also bittersweet knowing the circumstances on why they’re back in the first place. Story thus far from what I’ve played I have no complaints on that end. Atmosphere and all captivates me to keep pushing to see more. However I do miss dealing with abnormalities in a more direct form rather than just emotion buffs being allusions to them.
