Jumanji: The Video Game is based on the new Jumanji movies, which are Jumanji: Welcome to The Jungle (2017) The next level which is scheduled to release this December. This new game will be released for the next-gen…
About The Game
After about 12 years, the video game developers have decided (again) to make a video game based on one of all-time best movie franchises. Prior to this back in 2007, there was a Jumanji game on Playstation 2 and a PC game back in 1996.
There here is no official news about the features of this game by the developers, but we could get a swift idea about its gameplay and features based on its teaser and a short gameplay trailer.
The gameplay as seen in the trailers looks like that from the vintage Playstation 2 games like Total Overdose and also shares some resemblance with Fortnite. You could see Dwayne Johnson walking and you would think that this highly resembles Ramirez Cruz from Total Overdose, except that they made him highly buffed up.
The graphics in the game look cartoon-ish as in the games like Jackie Chan adventures where the Ninjas from Dark Hand used to disappear with a puff whenever Jackie defeats them. So the game resembles cartoon violence to some extent.
Finally, if you’re looking to buy this game to enjoy with your family , or if you want to present it to someone younger, you could definitely go for it without any hesitation whatsoever. But if you are more into games with real and stunning graphics like Grand Theft Auto 5, this game is not for you.
