Sony has announced the new PS Plus lineup today over on the PlayStation Blog. Free PlayStation Plus, The first is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered, and the second is Fall Guys, the 60-player battle royale platformer. What’s more, the Activision FPS will be available early; you can download and start playing it from tomorrow, 28th July.

Interestingly, this will be the first time an indie title has launched as a PS Plus game for quite some time. Fall Guys releases on 4th August, which also happens to be the same day PS Plus will be refreshed. It’s a perfect game to launch on PS Plus, as it relies heavily on having a decent amount of players logged in.

Modern Warfare 2 Campaigned Remastered

has upgraded visuals for the second game in Infinity Ward’s blockbuster subfranchise, but it comes with the shocking bonus that it can be downloaded tomorrow, July 28, until August 31. Fall Guys will follow the typical pattern of August 4 until August 31, to be clear. Getting a game early is always nice for a subscription service, but the added bonuses don’t stop there. For PS4 fans without a PS Plus subscription, there’s a free multiplayer weekend coming to PS4 next month, starting on Saturday August 8 at 12:01 AM and ending on Sunday August 9 at 11:59 PM.

After all, rumors are mounting that Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is going to be revealed soon, Free PlayStation Plus, with the title recently leaking via a Doritos promo. If so, it’s a good time to focus on Infinity Ward’s titles before fans turn to Treyarch’s next venture, but regardless, fans will want to keep an eye out for the remaster dropping tomorrow.
