Escape from Tarkov Reserve map has new places to explore in the bunker

Escape from Tarkov

Escape from Tarkov has received an update that makes some significant changes to its Reserve map. The tunnel system in the bunker below the map’s military base has been expanded, and there are new quests and rewards to search the dark underground corridors…

If you have not visited the Reserve, it consists of a military base and the surrounding area, which includes the entrance to an underground bunker. The corridors in this bunker opened below some of the buildings at the military base, and the map update adds several new ways to enter and exit this network of underground tunnels. It’s a dark and atmospheric area to explore, with plenty of hallways to get lost in, but that’s where you’ll want to head if you plan to pick up the two new Prapor Vendor quests, which will be available when you have a Level 10 reputation with him.

Escape from Tarkov, The missions added in the update have Prapor asking him to explore the area below the base. On the first search, you must find the entrance to the bunker, then head over and find a control room in the tunnel network. That’s it: once you have found the room, you can go into exile and complete your foray.

In the second part of the quest, you will have to go back to the bunker and identify some large hermetic doors. These lead to buildings at the base, making it a good way to familiarize yourself with the design of the tunnel network and how it connects to the design of the base. You must find the doors that lead to the hospital, the academy building, the buildings of barracks 1 and 2 and the air control center. This done, you can abandon the raid.

However, the trick to this is that you must detect all doors without dying. Unlike other Tarkov missions, this one doesn’t allow you to complete individual subtasks on different raids, and each one counts your progress. No, this time it’s all or nothing, and you have to find all the doors on the list and survive in a single raid.

Also notable in this update is a fix for boss scav Killa coming together on Interchange. The update patches the feat that allowed players to effectively stun him and prevent him from firing his weapon (usually a nasty RPK-16 LMG), making him a prime target for farming.
